What kind of photo should I upload?

Clear, well-lit images give the artist the most detail. If your photograph is old, damaged, or low-resolution, send it anyway—we will let you know whether another reference would help before painting begins.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You will review the finished painting before it ships. If a detail needs refining, your artist will make free revisions and send an updated preview for your approval.
